This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool, it provides everything I need. The staff helped me with a local taxi number on my first stay, which I remember. I highly recommend it.

It had great and beautiful location, near Bwindi forest, good for the stop over and the shore of Lake Victoria. The breakfast was plentiful and the pool was nice.

Recently renovated place with helpful employees with super service. Location - practical, next to the shores of lake victoria a very nice view of the lake, and tranquil setting against the lake. Also, in the Crowne Plaza.

The overall ambiance felt dated, with poor lighting and decor that needs an update. Some room amenities were lacking-lights didn't work in some areas, and the bathroom showed minimal toiletries. The hot water fluctuated dramatically. Insects were a nuisance, and the dining experience lacked imagination, with slow service and average food quality that didn't justify the price.

I enjoyed a spacious room that included tea facilities and offered a beautiful garden view. the hotel's fantastic location made it incredibly convenient, being just a short distance from the beach and EBB airport, ensuring quick and easy transfers. Plus, it's close to the stunning shores of Lake Victoria.

I had a fabulous stay for one night, and the weather was wonderful. the location is unbeatable, right next to the shores of Lake Victoria, offering stunning views of the lake. Diana at the front desk was particularly helpful, making transfers to and from the hotel easy. Plus, it's within walking distance of Masala'z Indian Takeaway, which I enjoyed a couple of times.

This place has stylish rooms and a delicious breakfast spread, and the restaurant here is fantastic, making it a top choice in this area!
